Uncommon Threads by Carnegie is a series of panel textiles that combines technical yarns with off-loom techniques to produce highly textured surfaces. There are six patterns in the collection, including Code, which was inspired by braille and features a reflective tape yarn woven into the fabric for added volume; Carve, with a raw fibre look that mimics an endless series of ripples and crevices; and Stitch (shown), which uses dashes in various shades of red in a hand-embroidered effect. The textiles are suited for such contract environments as waiting areas, boardrooms and lounges. carnegiefabrics.com
