Barcelona II and Cycladic Square Lights by Richard Meier Light

A collaboration between Pritzker-Prize-winning architect Richard Meier, his daughter, product designer Ana Meier, and lighting designer Hervé Descottes, this inaugural lighting series was developed as an expression of small-space architecture.

Based on themes and forms found in Meier senior’s portfolio, the collection includes Barcelona II (left), an amorphous sconce defined by wave-like curves, and Cycladic Square (right), whose simple geometric shape allows it to be mounted in four orientations. Made from a range of materials such as glass, powder-coated aluminum and Corian, the 12-piece collection includes sconces, pendants, table lamps, and floor lamps. richardmeierlight.com
