On until December 7, Design Miami celebrates its 10th anniversary with an extravagant show – featuring new work by Studio Job, Naihan Li and more – while the city fills with events, parties and exhibits.

At Art Basel Miami next month, Mathieu Lehanneur will create a striking presentation space inspired by Swiss mountains for luxury timepiece manufacturer Audemars Piguet.

Daniel Libeskind’s limited edition table-and-chair for the Italian brand is inspired by Counting the Rice, Marina Abramović’s endurance performance project where participants sort grains of rice from lentils for six hours straight.

Last week at Design Miami, Kenya Hara presented a collection of ultra-modern dog houses and furniture, by such prominent architects as Sou Fujimoto, MVRDV and – of course – Atelier Bow-Wow.
